This month we will be discussing My Heart Is A Chainsaw by Stephen Graham Jones.

When people start ending up dead in her gentrifying Idaho town, Jade, a moody half Native teenager who loves slashers, tries to apply what she’s learned from horror movies to her real-life nightmare.
