About the RFP

The Chicago American Indian Community Collaborative (CAICC) is seeking a qualified Strategic Planning Consultant to support the development of a comprehensive organizational strategic plan. This project will guide CAICC’s priorities, coordination, and collaborative efforts over the next several years.

We invite proposals from consultants or firms with experience in:
• Strategic planning
• Community-driven processes
• Facilitation with Native communities or culturally diverse organizations
• Nonprofit or coalition-based planning

This RFP is open to all qualified applicants. Please share widely.

RFP Timeline

11/28/25 — RFP Released
12/15/25 — Proposals Due by 5:00 PM CST
12/16/25 — Consultant Selection Announcement

How to Submit

Applicants should submit a complete proposal that includes:
• Scope of work
• Project timeline
• Consultant qualifications and experience
• Budget and fee structure
• References (optional but encouraged)

Proposals must be submitted via email by December 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM CST.
